Outreach and Missions
By outreach and missions, we mean activity beyond the walls of our church that support the growth of God's Kingdom. These include sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, discipling believers, helping the poor, meeting needs, and supporting community health and resources.
Local Giving
We can't do it alone! Part of our local outreach includes supporting groups that are doing good work in the community. Every couple months we highlight a different group and provide opportunities for people to support that group financially. Here is a list of some of those groups.
Regional Outreach
Through our connections with other Global Methodist churches in the area, we often join with them to help meet local and regional needs.
Global Missions
Through our Global Methodist connections, we are supporting the work of local churches in other countries. Our current focus, led by denominational leaders, is in Kenya and Ethiopia.
Emergency Relief
Brush Run members are encouraged to support emergency relief efforts through the agencies of their choice. Additionally, the church council will at times take special collections or designate funds for aid. You are invited to give through some of our partners:
